ed: this happened about 5 miles west of where i live. this whole thing is out of a twilight zone episode. the area it happend in is a quiet area where not to much happens. alot of jewish people live in the area and its a decent community. the closer you get to baltimore via Park heights though the place goes to utter shit with gang and drug violence etc.

there was a real strange vibe about the city last night though eek: annoy:
