I don't know if the FBI will actually do anything, if it's even true.

I pulled a favor with a buddy of mine who is an agent to make a couple of phone calls, and they laid low for awhile. But they couldn't really press too hard without considerable investigation by a civil legal team because the FBI wouldn't front the manpower.

Anyway, doesn't make sense that the letter would be public, does it? Think Joey posted it somewhere if it was real? Doubt it.

EDIT:: Not to mention this guy is unheard of and just starts posting out of the blue today oOo:
