The capture the flag MP level there is one. If you are allied start towards the first flag and in between 2 buildings there is an alley and the end of the road. (there are 2 alleys just figure out witch one...i thinnk it is the one closer to the 2nd flag) You can jump over the ledge and fall under the map, then you can walk under the map and watch people fight above you, but you cant shoot them

You are about 1 floor down below ground level. Works in SP too.
