First, you can't get your wife a boob job... unless your wife is in the military. Second, considering that it's hard to practice plastic surgery on a corpse. The military does need plastic surgeons for people that get fucked up in combat, however things like boob jobs are superfluous... and they shouldn't waste time or money on practicing that, because while skin grafts and realigning a broken nose and shit like that can be useful for those wounded in combat, you never get people coming back saying, "Shit... I had my titties blown off... I sure hope you practice a lot of boob jobs for me."
