Half Life 2 and Doom 3 won't run for shit on either of those cards. 5600 MIGHT do alright on low-medium settings, but that card sucks. If you want a card that will...look into spending AT LEAST 200 bones on one. And unless you are getting a 6800 Ultra, don't buy from nVidia.
Get a 256 mb 9800 Pro or something like that.
