He had every right to come in and make you fix the mess you made.. because you caused it the first time... just because he was old and had a crappy computer (free or paid for) doesnt give you the right to zapp it because again you couldnt be bothered to fix it./ your job was on the line.
I really hope you get sacked... you dont deserve the job.
