. Pretty scary thing to happen to ya because at the time it seems like somethings seriously wrong> Its basically cause by you breathing too fast, pretty scary experience when it happens though. I take valium now and again to control it but i hate having to be on any kind of medication for something that seems so trivial. Im not the only one i know that suffers from anxiety, pretty common problem but it affects some more than others .
First time it happened i was in the hospital and you really do think you're either gonna die or your hearts fucked up because you can kinda hear it beating loudly in some cases. MY hands also clenched shut and because they were numb it didn;t seem like it was me doing it so that was anotehr fucked up thing that added to it.
