try a "disc doctor" from best buy or local store, they work gr8
if not, try putting in a different CD drive and ripping, then re-making it
if your daring and cheap, whitening toothpaste (grainy kind) and a sock in swipes from the center will help
but you could just fuck it up more w/ 3rd option, so dont do it
