Not any time soon. While their growth rate is high we can attribute that to relaxed econ regulation on a closed market. However, the purchasing power per capita is like 4-6 thousand dollars. Thats what happens when centralized China is fast becoming urbanized, and you still have 100's of millions of Chinese farmworkers living in the midlands. Central China is 1st world, mainland China is still 3rd world.
