First off, many supplements have enough research backing up their value:
if you're really worried, you can easily find out whether or not the product
is any good.
Second, I find your generalization offensive: why do you associate
weightlifting with "tool" ? Half of my lifting friends are eligible for a
high IQ society like Mensa. So much for being morons ? Try never
making the abovementioned association again.
