If you had any modicum of tact however, there wouldnt be people to bitch about your opinion Shawn. I dont think youre a dumb guy - but to willingly get yourself ropped into the same company as ShortHand is not a good sign - there ARE ways to talk to people and address issues - so far you havent been doing it the right way. Youll notice that there are several other people on this forum who take issue with certain people in power - yet they dont get flamed or bitched at - might want to take a look at why that is.
