There are many things it could be...

1) Australia's answer to the shortage in public housing;

2) a snapshot of the "Aboriginal Embassy" erected on the lawns of Australia's Parliament House in Canberra;

3) A stylish temporary Gazebo found in the backyards of most Australian's quarter acre block homes as they prepare to host a barbecue from hell;

4) A poorly erected and designed Rotunda, the likes of which will never be seen hosting piss-poor musicians in any park in the world on a Saturday...

5) The tarpaulin cover erected over the top of the manhole where council workers are busy showing off their arsecracks to the public and leaning on their council issued leaning-shovels...

Other than that, I have no idea...
