Accidents do happen...all the time....try not to beat yourself up about it all, just make sure you go visit her with lots of presents and hugs, make her feel great and assure her everythings going to be OK. Who knows, maybe you'll be attacked by a dog tomorrow to balance out the whole karma thing....
