I’m not really sure what the hell’s going on in that picture Blitz, but I’ve come up with two possible scenarios.

Scenario A
This photo was taken at a naturist resort, and the man on the top (“Man A”) is giving the man on the bottom (“Man B”) a back massage.

Scenario B
These men are involved in a re-enactment of the original Olympics which, I believe, required the competitors to be completely nude. The men may be running in the marathon? "Man B", on the bottom, has tripped and fallen from exhaustion. At the moment “Man B” tripped, “Man A”, on the top, looked over his shoulder to see how far behind the next runner was. As a result, he tripped and fell onto – and into – “Man B”. Luckily a cameraman was there to catch that heart stopping moment!
