first off, who the fuck says Canada has this mythical "Universal Health Care"... Health Care here is governed by each province, each has a health insurance plan for it's citizens, it covers most, but not all costs... and for the love of god, it is NOT free... It is payed for by heavy taxation... most people have insurance to cover what the Government doesn't, either through work, or through a private plan, but dental is often not included, or less compensated...
