My job is acctually right next to a UPS depo and about 6 - 7 in the morning you get the flood of trucks heading out. So i assume its a night process, but do they also have a morning/afternoon shift?
It really depends on what kind of UPS place you work. If you have a hub in Seattle, they have shifts around the clock. If it's a truck loading spot, I think the shifts are a little different. But it takes years to be a driver anyway, you have to start out loading trucks.
