well, Yoda was always spoken highly as a strong,wise and powerfull jedi. He used to train jedi's in the use of light sabers and such, but only at the most powerfull form.

Saber forms vary from like 1-8. 8 being the strongest and 1 being like padawan or begginer. Yoda also empathisized ( fuck I can't speeel tonite) the importance of mind of matter. Like how he lifted Luke's X-Wing out of the swamp and such.

On top of that, I know of no one who can manuver a pop like how the CGI made him move.
