A64 multitasking keeps up for the most part. It might be a little sluggish if you encoding a video and doing something else that takes a lot of CPU usage. I've done some audio encoding while gaming and it didn't slow down at all.



I'm interested in what will be gained from dual cores as well. I hope it's not just better multitasking like current dual cpu setups. I'm also kind of scared to see how much heat the dual core prescotts put out. ed:
