I've never reformatted cause my comp is a raging piece of crap and it wouldn't do any good, But reformatting DAILY is ridiculous. |

....yeah, by daily i mean once every three months or so......sometimes longer, sometimes shorter.
...and i always reformat after a major hardware upgrade like a video card.
