My and Akumas way is teh best: Take out the turrets in the left bank first, and put them back in their pods, but facing OUT. Then recharge on shields and health. Then turn off the shield protecting the only turret on the right bank. Take that turret out, and put it facing out in the farthest right pod. Then whip out the shotgun and get in the left cubby in teh right bank. use the gravity gun to remove any grenades, and ull be fine.
