No it's only in Ottawa. These guys were from Edmonton. Probably PPCLI.

Press confrence is on CBC now. RCMP says they were guarding the place overnight and the suspect wasn't there. But then in the morning he showed up and killed the RCMP guarding the place. Thats why they wern't swat. I guess they didn't think the guy would come home or something.
