witnesses said officers were poking him and berrating him. they dont say how the struggle ensued. cops say he shoved a policeman, a witness said he didnt lay a hand on the cops. i dont know what defines "cooperative" in this matter, if he is having some kind of dialogue with the police, then he is in some way. if this person didnt steal a salad, im sure he would feel indignant when an officer begins to poke him. how can there be witnesses but no one knows how a scuffle started? sounds like the cops pushed him until he reacted and of course, busted him with a bunch of shit.
