IDK what the dog situation is in Iraq, But in Korea, you are required to carry a side arm when you go outside cuz of the dog problem. Since most of the dogs are rabid you are told to shoot them on site. Bad news is rabies only effects the brain and kiogi (stir-fried dog) is a delicasy over there. you you might have that dog for supper that night
