Get someone who looks like Hitler to dress up in uniform and do normal everyday stuff around the house.

Scene 1: Hitler watches MTV.
Scene 2: Hitler washes the dishes.
Scene 3: Hitler does the hoovering.
Scene 4: Hitler takes a shower.
Scene 5: Hitler calls his friend Herman on the phone and organizes a barbecue.
