I’m getting the ICS, mostly for its "noob" feature of easily accessed internals. Hell that’s why allot of people I’ve talked to who own them say they like them, INTERNAL OPTIONS. While you may say its noobish (or your friend) it offers the ability to swap out whole internals in a snap changing weapon characteristics, FPS most noticeably. That naturally effects ballistics and so forth. So for a given game situation, say long range, you can have your 400 FPS parts in. Then for an indoor/cqb event you can swap out to a much slower set of internals, or a field limited FPS set. Try it with your weapon and have fun.
I’m sorry but I wouldn’t shit on a major advancement in weapon design by saying its for n00bs.
I've heard that G&G is a fine manufacturer, but I can’t justify the cost difference seeing how ive heard nothing but praise for the ICS. With its one and only features, including a useful (non mock) forward assist. It seems to be a clear choice in its class.
