just because you like to add giant grapics and all the other stuff to your posts,,,making the page longer to display dont make you an authority on how it ougta be...BUTCHER[/quote:7284f]

Where do I have graphics in my post????? Man, your attention to detail is to low to be making maps. If you don't have anything productive to add, just go away. Seems like your just that person who likes to contradict people (no matter what they say) and start arguments.

[quote:7284f]Butcher an IP most of the time can not be changed and the types of connections that change IPs everday can be banned because they only change a few numbers at the end of the ip and you can set it up so it bans them any way (I dont know the specifics in this)

Correct, what you are reffering to is called an IP range. A computer with a cable or DSL connection connects to a local HUB. That hub has a certain IP range. Yes, the guy could just resset his modem and re-connect but if he is banned everytime, eventualy his whole IP range will be banned. And that is alot of trouble, for someone as small minded as TKers are, to go through just to mess with a specific serer. Most of the time they will just move on.
