First of all, the girl was an obnoxious bitch and I didn't mind seeing her get sprayed. However, the cop was clearly in the wrong whether he was shorted or not. I can't see how he was cleared of wrong-doing. oOo: Seems to me like he was power tripping.

60K richer says to me that there was some definite wrong-doing.

I've been shorted like this several times and I now read the serial number and remember the last 4 characters before I pay so if I get shorted I can at least identify the cash I forked over.
