It's true, everybody acts differently when the president is of the opposite political party. But, I think that a lot of those people did not support that war and support this war because they feel that Iraq could harm us in the future, whereas Kosovo was not in a position to threaten us directly. I'm not saying that's what those people were thinking, I just think that maybe that is their line of thinking.

Also, along the same lines, why are Democrats saying some of the things they are saying having supported Clinton in Kosovo? Now Bush is president and does a similar thing to a higher degree and they think the whole idea is wrong.
