Sounds like a big 'i told you so.' theres gonna be alot of them for every disaster in history. Im sure people were aware how vulnerable the city was to flooding, thats why they built levees (sp?), its below sea level. nothing to do now, but to rebuild and move on. shit happens, you cant be prepared adequately for everything all the time.
