He's talking about the movie Waiting.... with Ryan Renolds.

I saw it opening night and it was REALLY funny. I've worked in restaraunts forever and I can tell you it's clear cut perfect representiation of the restaraunt social circle. Abosolutely dead on.

Aside from the movie being really hilarious, it actually had a good message to it. Must see.
