dam, I know what you are talking about, it happen to me for like a week ... I was the stinky one.

I went to Seaworld w/ some buddies and we all got soaked. They were wearing sandals, but I was wearing sneakers w/o socks. Well, we were there the whole day and I didn't even bother about my shoes being wet, cause by the time we left I didn't care that they were hummid, I was just gona leave it to dry outside. Well the next day I had a bunch of shores to do, mowing (3-neighbor) lawns, cleaning garage, soccer practice ... well I used the same shoes for all that, and I did not wear any socks. Well monday comes and I'm getting ready to go to school, and I notice my shoes smell a little funky ... like an idiot I just put them on w/o socks cause I was starting to like it and thought that it would go away. Well after PE class, using the same shoes, I go to my english class and I just didn't notice the odor, or I got used to it but my classmates smelled it when i came in, luckily I came in w/ like 8 other people at the same time. Well, the teacher had to open the door and windows to let a breeze through ... man I was so embarrassed.

Similar things happen through out other classes, comments about someone reaking ... blah ... blah .. blah .. I ended up throwing the shoes away cause the smell wouldn't leave after the 5th wash. But my feet still smelled for that week. I had to get talcum powder, and lamisil fearing that I could get athletes feet.
