Definitely sounds like a power issue.

Undo all of your wiring and redo starting from the mobo and working up.


Like Arkan said, it could be shorting out on an extra standoff or a screw that fell behind or something. Take it out of the case and try setting it up ontop of the mobo box.

What power supply do you have?

I know you said all jumpers are correct but make sure it's set to single card, not SLI.

Try using a single stick of RAM in different slots, sometimes mobos can be fickle like that.

Might want to try those last too before undoing all your wiring.
