make sure everything has file and print sharing enabled, you can check that under network settings (ie network neighborhood > properties). secondly, depending on whether the printer is on a print server, or connected to a computer directly would be how youd share it.
Connected to computer: make sure it's shared (under printer properties), then go to every station and search for it or to connect to it directly use this format when you select browse network for printers \\computer_name\printer_name
Connected to Print server: same as above except dont need to worry about the sharing but to browse the only diff is \\server_name\printer_name
If connected directly to network because it has it's own NIC card: Obtain its IP, go to stations, add printer, local printer, create port, IP, type in the printer's IP address, and continue. It will then ask you to find the printers drivers if they are signed, if not use the installation disk.
