Thanks a lot, I'll get working on that later today ... and the printer is on a print server, and apparently we are getting a new canon imageRUNNER 4570 cause we been doing a lot of small jobs internally like printing flyers and getting projects from clients as well. I can’t believe the director spend so much money on a f-ing printer, and can’t get a technician to do this whole thing.

I might not do till next week though, I was thinking of switching all PCs to WinXP, our previous tenant purchased the multi-license (10) of winXp Pro and only installed it on 1 PC … what a waste of money. Well he gave it to us cause he closed his business. Right now we have win 2000, is reliable and what not, but no more updates are being done to it. Maybe this way it will be better so all computers have the same version of WinXP cause the laptops are the only ones that have it. It brought some small problems networking before we went to VOIP.
