ok, to do that you need to make the drive(s) shareable, then what i would do is map the drive to the computers, and make the host computer setup as a server, and with XP that should be pretty easy, and even win 2000. but the biggest thing is to make sure you have the main drives, or a folder on each computer shared and that file and print sharing is enabled in the network settings. after that you should be able to see each computer on the network and connect to them with IE explorer or the run using \\computer_name\c$ or the shared folder name or connect via the computers IP
