I was in the same position once, I just went over, acted myself, just try to make her laugh and be helpful, sit next to her close, just try messing about and goofing around.

Thats what I do, know one really likes seriousness, we all want to jus have fun times at the end of the day and you're also alone at her place with the kid so theres pretty much no escape from glory.
Just try not to let her kid see you when you're getting extra friendly with her because I was sucking my ex's b**bs when her kid spotted me, she had to go explain I was just examining her sore chest, HAHAAHAAA happy:
