If you didn't, make her ask you for the rent money instead of giving it to her on time. Make the bitch work a lil' to get paid. Tell her to fix the faucet then perhaps she'll get paid. She has no legal right to turn off your utilities or to evict you. it's a lengthy process so if you feel like busting her ass a lil, play some games. Time is on your side with this one.
