I'm pretty much doing most of that Trunks. I've actually just basically cut out breakfast and lunch. I only really eat dinner, and I keep that light, like no steaks or pork, just grilled chicken and such of that nature. I never really eat sweets myself.
I really want to whip myself into shape as soon as I can though. Someone even reccomended jogging on a treadmill with a trash bag on oOo:
I can't really jog that long either at the moment, but I usually jog, then walk a little, then jog some more.
