The worst thing to do is not eat. If you eat one meal a day you aren't getting the nutrients your body needs to keep healthy. You are actually hurting your body more.
Get on some Whey Protein shakes. Turn that unwanted fat into muscle. Keep your protein levels at 1g per lb of body weight.
Tuna/Chicken/Turkey is your best friend.
Rest in between weight training days. You don't want to hurt yourself.
If you do it right, you will lose most of your weight in the first couple of weeks of working out.
Cardio, Cardio, and more Cardio!
