damn Zap, that's almost a little discouraging, but I'll see. Seeing as how fast I can lose this, I'm hoping to sign up about summerish.
This seems stupid, but how exactly do you do a crunch? The way the guy described em was like you you bring your knee's about mid, then cross your arms on your chest and kind of meet mid-par in a sense...do I have this correct or is it just basically a situp?
