No it cant. Because you'll never be able to shoot it at someone. And if you do, misewell turn it around and use it on yourself, because a weapon that destinct will be easy as shit to trace with that short list of owners.
Mean while i'll continue to shoot people with my m4 bringing them small amounts of pain.
