I'd agree with that.
I listen to rock that most Tool fans I know listen too and yet theres just something about Tool/Perfect Circle that I never really appreciated - Must be Maynard's voice.
I used to think it was just because the music was rather depressing on first listen - But then I am a huge Alice In Chains fan so, it won't be that lol....
