Yep.
I dont get sore anymore after working out. The worst was after benching for the first time in months, I coudn't stretch my forearms out more than 90 degrees without hurting.
(and by benching i mean the whole upper body workout that day...bench, lat pull downs, hammerchest, arm curls, and upright rows.)
