Anyone know how to effectively delete email and messages in outlook 2003 so that they cannot be recovered? I would normally google this request but I am on the road with my coworker and all I have is my blackberry. We just had a bit of a confrontation with our department VP and so we have a few suspisions that our time with the company may be short. If I just start deleting messages from folders and emptying the trash can, will someone be able to recover them after we are gone? Standard termination protocol would be for someone from Network to grant access of my outlook profile to my manager so they can get in and read my shit, but I have some personal as well as other types of info that I do not want to have laying around.
I will also need to clear out my browser history, but I want to doublecheck what I should do. I usually go to the properties section of IE and use 'clear history,' 'delete offline content,''delete temp internet files,' should I do something else as well??
I will get into what happened later today.....
Any tips will be appreciated, thanks guys.
