I don't have a good answer for you, but my wife got canned by her law firm because they found an e-mail in her sent box talking about an interview she just had. They've had 24 people leave in the last 11 months because it sucks there and the partners gave a big speech about if you don't want to be here, then leave. Well, they were snooping found something and fired her. Watch your back at work.
