So? I dunno how they do, but people manage to get into the country without marrying in. Overstayers etc...
In Auckland we have one of the most multicultural splits in the world....Somalis, Iraqis, Samoans, Tongans, Niueans, Fijians, Indians, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, English, Welsh, Scottish, Irish, South African, Kenyan, Maori, Dutch, Russian, Cambodian, Croatian, Greek, Turkish, Malaysian, the odd Americans, and Canadians and yet very, very few south americans/spanish/portugese...(Lots of Brazilian exchange students though)...
