Domain Hosting company for this oklahoma city's webpage has a server crash so they reinstall that Linux OS on their system but forget to re establish the citys domain for the city's server. The Mayor emails that company who developed the free linux OS, ignores their requests to talk with a computer admin or for him to explain what is happening.
Mayor goes on to say that they Hacked the cities computers to block access using their "free software" aka spyware and then proceeds to say hes calling the cops, then the FBI and that this email is his finally warning to remove the software that "they" installed or the FBI will arrest them and he will sue them etc.
