Yeah...well that's beacuse you either haev to buy one or be given one...beacuse talking someone elses horse is stealing. If the action thingy in the middle of your screen is red...that means youre doing something wrong.

The horse i'm riding in that picture I just purchased. Cost me a pretty penny at 5000 septims, however it is the fastest and second strongest in all of Cyrodil. The Black horse can only be purchased at the stables in Cheydinhal.

Oh god i'm starting to talk like the characters in the game.
