Ok, wtf?

Got this one as soon as I hit the play button.

If I click uninstall I get this...

...followed by this.

PS: Even if I try to uninstall through the control panel I will get the same error. Also I've changed nothing, I've removed no files, added no mods, changed no settings it just flat out stopped working out of the blue.
