Large double double = large coffee, 2 cream, 2 sugar

Timbits = basically "donut holes"...little balls of deep fried sugary awesomeness
In New England a "Large Double Double" is called a regular, not to be confused with teh Size of the beverage. Its the most common and thus "regular" coffee.
You really are up there in Maine if you have a Tim Hortons.
